Compassionate, trauma-informed materal mental health care.
I am dedicated to supporting individuals through the challenges of the perinatal period, as well as the healing the impact of traumatic stressors. I specialize in providing care for those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health concerns during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, as well as traumatic stressors that have occurred throughout the lifespan. Utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, I help clients heal from past trauma, reduce emotional distress, and build resilience. This center is a safe, open, and affirming space that celebrates diversity and is fully inclusive of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences. I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where every client feels heard, valued, and empowered on their journey to healing and well-being.
